SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship from our Canadian fulfillment centre with tracking provided on every order. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within Canada and the United States after dispatch.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak periods, customs). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll track it down for you.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
